This historic property was built in the late 1800s and was previously covered up, meaning you couldn't see the beauty of the cornice or ceiling heights. The client opened up the lowered ceiling to reveal the beautiful ornate cornice, which was badly damaged. So they phoned Mckay plasterers. In step One, we took moulds of the cornice to reproduce the original cornice's identical features. Step Two, we replastered and repaired the ceiling and walls, where we successfully brought this historic home back to its original beauty. The customers were delighted and couldn't believe that something could get back to its original features effectively.
